The Customer Service Representative is a critical part of NetVendor’s business. They provide quality customer care support to vendors, property managers, insurance agents, and account managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer care support to vendors, property managers, insurance agents, and account managers.
- Responsible for collecting information and running background checks, COI tracking, W-9 verfications, and TIN Checks.
- Answer phone calls through contact center, assisting caller swith their profile, subscription status, and any requirements they need to have in place.
- Make outbound calls to customers who left voicemails.
- Follow-up with customers about their expired subscriptions.
- Follow-up with customers about their enrollment verifications via phone and emails.
- Answer customer emails by solving their problems and responding in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer chats, answering their questions and helping them solve problems.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic level of experience with email and chat technologies
- Solutions oriented with strong and creative critical thinking skills
- Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, providing and receiving feedback, setting expectations, etc.
Education/Experience
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Bilingual preferred – fluent in both English and Spanish languages
- Preferred experience with NICE inContact or other similar contact center programs
