Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description: The Customer Service Representative acts as the liaison between the customer and the company. This position is fundamental in managing and relaying information to the sales, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams. The individual must be able to establish and maintain both internal and external professional relationships at multiple levels.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enter customer sales orders and change orders, as necessary.
  • Compile required documentation from customers for the contract or request for quote review process. Communicates with the customer on missing documentation.
  • Communicates and follows up with customers on all issues relating to contracts, quotes, and sales orders.
  • Act as the primary customer contact to process customer orders, input data into the ERP system and communicate with the Sales, Quality, and Operations Team as necessary.
  • Maintain internal intranet for contracts, and request for quotes (RFQ).
  • Reconcile the MRP system backlog to customer portal schedules; ensure all customer schedules are updated in the ERP system (Epicor).
  • Process customer product returns in a timely manner and in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Work closely with Operation’s on contract and quote administration, and customer follow up.
  • Position is on site, M-F, normal business hours.
  • Ability to travel on occasions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Strong communication skills are required.
  • Minimum (3) years’ customer service-related experience required. Experience working with aerospace a plus.
  • Must be detail and multitask oriented.
  • Hands on self-starter with the ability to handle responsibilities in a fast pace changing environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proven ability to navigate and operate ERP systems. Experience with Epicor a plus.
