QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong phone etiquette
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Professional attitude and appearance

A college degree would be preferred. Call center or sales experience would be a bonus!

DAY IN THE LIFE

Our Customer Service Rep works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..

You're the master of our call center and the friendly face that greets customers when they visit our shop! With a professional and upbeat attitude, you welcome customers, speak with them about their automotive needs, and educate them about our services, warranties, and insurance processes. You answer our customers' questions, provide accurate repair estimates, and promote sales by following up on unsold quotes.

Attentive to detail, you fill out paperwork, process payments, manage repair appointments, and schedule parts deliveries. You update customers on their vehicle's progress and encourage them to complete our satisfaction survey. As you negotiate with automotive insurance and maintain a clean, organized reception area, you take pride in being a vital part of our daily operations!
