Role & Responsibilities
As the Accounting Intern your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to special accounting related projects as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and adjustments as necessary.
- Provide support during the month end close process.
- Collaborate with team members on various accounting functions, including accounts payable & accounts receivable.
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting team and organization goals.
- Ensuring the successful execution of all company operations policies and procedures.
- Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.

- Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time and be able to cope under pressure.
- Ability to discreetly handle sensitive and/or confidential information.

- High level computer skills, especially Excel, but not limited to MS Word, Outlook, as well as the ability to learn to operate Company-specific software.
