Your Role Accountabilities
•Assist CEO Office team in the operation of the CEO's LA office, while also providing support to NY-based team
•Share CEO Office staffing and phone coverage with support team, with flexibility required; screen and route calls; respond to internal and external inquiries and provide information within scope of authority
•Assist with internal and external meeting preparation, including catering coordination, and IT/AV needs
•Perform administrative duties for CEO and other executives as needed, including printing and scanning, arranging IT support, coffee and lunch orders, etc.
•Keep reception apprised of incoming guests
•Maintain CEO office contact database and electronic filing system
•Book and monitor travel arrangements for the CEO and their family, including transportation, restaurant reservations and scheduling as needed.
•Assist with day-to-day personal/home arrangements liaising with household staff, vendors and family members.
•Regularly take on special projects and other duties including project research, as assigned; increasing responsibility as appropriate
•Perform other administrative duties in support of CEO office, including daily office and personal errands as requested
•Assist with event planning, including selecting and booking venues, managing invitations, and coordinating with other professionals
•Take rapid dictation on occasion, utilizing excellent proofreading, grammar and spelling skills; compose emails and other correspondence as appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree required
•At least 1-2 years of administrative experience within a fast paced, corporate environment or similar experience as a personal/family/estate assistant
•Ability to work in the office Monday-Friday (this is not a remote position); willingness to be on-call on the weekends and occasional evenings. This role requires a 24/7 mindset and flexible hours with periodic overtime.
•Own transportation required to run errands, etc.
•Valid CA Driver's License required.
•Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills; must be articulate and detail-oriented
•Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time
•Proactivity and thorough follow-up absolutely required
•Strength in multi-tasking; ability to juggle many fast-paced projects simultaneously and with great accuracy
•Flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities, as well as strong personal initiative and resourcefulness; taking ownership of, and accountability for, responsibilities
•Professionalism, maturity, diplomacy, composure and grace under pressure
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including proficiency in grammar and spelling
•High level of discretion due to exposure to confidential information and high-profile individuals
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
•Ability to assess priorities and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
•Strong MS Outlook and MS Office skills, with particular strength in Excel

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
