Position Overview: We are in search of a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to enrich our commercial real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of business and real estate operations, excel in customer service, and be adept in digital marketing and organizational strategies. This role is crucial for enhancing our brokerage services, streamlining client support, and driving business growth. Prior experience in real estate, while beneficial, is not essential. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site engagements, and includes travel within the vibrant metro Atlanta area.

Schedule:

  • Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hours/week)
  • Remote: 2 days per week
  • On-Site: 1 days per week
  • Travel: 25% within Georgia
Responsibilities:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of commercial real estate operations and client objectives to provide specialized support.
  • Identify and capitalize on real estate growth opportunities; assist with property portfolio planning, budgeting, and strategic development.
  • Address client and property inquiries with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing materials, conduct email campaigns, and employ digital strategies to enhance property visibility.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, apply AI and automation to improve financial and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure the successful execution of property projects.
  • Implement robust business processes to ensure continuity in client services and property management.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities and independent decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within commercial real estate or executive settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and proficiency in MS Office and Google SEO tools.
  • Demonstrated history of high-level administrative support, exceptional attention to detail, and superior organizational abilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus five years in an administrative role.
  • Experience supporting CEO-level or commercial real estate professionals highly regarded.
