*OVERNIGHT Medical Scheduler*
Randallstown, MD
*Hours*: 11pm-7:30am
*Description:*

* patient scheduling
* emergency overhead paging.
* monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs.
* answering and transferring calls to different depts.
* follow-up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient.
* HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS, need to be prepared for that.

computer skills, customer service, phone etiquette, Scheduler, medical secretary, medical receptionist, office assistant, Patient access, Patient scheduling, Medical terminology, Scheduling appointments
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
MUST TAKE 3 MIN ONSCREEN TYPING TEST AND SCORE 30 WPM OR MORE
DO NOT need healthcare, open to anyone with strong call center/phone exp./reception/switchboard/telephone operator
Must have excellent customer service
Must be flexible with the shift - work every OTHER weekend
