Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of building superior quality construction projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, showcasing their skills in flow manufacturing, continuous improvement, and other facets of manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities including:
1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Enhancing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
3. Assuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm manufacturing processes.
4. Providing manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
5. Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
6. Assisting in the design and execution of prototypes and manufacturing process plans.
7. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase performance of production, quality, and reduce costs.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design and process changes.
9. Providing support in the development of health & safety procedures for the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Engineer position will bring a strong skill set and experience including:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering.
3. Proven experience in flow manufacturing and continuous improvement.
4. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing techniques, construction methods, and industrial engineering.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
6. Proficient in using computer software, including CAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
10. A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in all work processes.
