Job Description
Inspector with knowledge and ability to perform assembly process and final inspection of manufactured testing and servicing systems - units, stationary and mobile comprised of Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical control and harnessing, Engines, Motors, Valves, Sensors , Plumbing and Purchased components.
Perform visual, dimensional & 1st Article inspection-(AS9102) on manufactured components in meeting blue
print and or Planning / P.O. requirements returned from outside processing.
Reliable, self-starter with ability to handle increasing responsibility and multiple tasks with a demonstrated attention to detail, quality, accuracy and effective organizational and communications skills.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of quality assurance and machine shop methods / processes. 3 - 5 yrs. experience.
The ability to use standard inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gage, thread gages, etc..).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, communicate verbally and in writing, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, adept with Trigonometry - Geometric tolerancing, complete test records, reports, logs, rejection reports and inputting quality data into ERP database
Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm with OT
Hourly rate: $20hr-$23hr.
