Job Description
Job Title:
Production Worker
Pay: 22- 25 /hr
Description:
The individual working in this position will have to wear a gown, mask, safety glasses, and hair net to handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical material used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This will require the worker to operate a piece of equipment within a controlled environment (clean room type setting), to mix, batch, or take bulk products down to smaller weights per unit packaged. Operators will have to adjust equipment depending on the size of batches, temperatures, and run times. The operator in this role will follow specific SOPs and work instructions to carry out functions within their role, complete routine maintenance on equipment, recording of operating data, test results, instrument readings, shipping and receiving paperwork, plant data sheets, environmental reports, inventory sheets, inspection reports, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years working in manufacturing in a production environment.
• 1 plus year of experience in a GMP-type environment (food, chemical, medical ect.)
• Must have 1 year of experience working off of work orders.
• Must be willing to do manual labor and lift upward of 75 lbs.
• Must have solid computer usage experience, be able to type, send emails, work through shipping software/inventory to print labels and track products to be pulled for production
Preferred:
• 1 plus year of experience working in a medical/chemical/food environment completing mixing/weighing of product or material

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
