Position Description
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst - Level II to support programs and projects at the Facilities Services Directorate with the Washington Headquarters Service. Specifically, the Financial Analyst - Level II will provide financial and budget management and analytical support to the Facilities Operations Services Division (FOSD), including directorates and subordinate branches in support of the Facilities Services Directorate's overall objectives.

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst - Level II to support programs and projects at the Facilities Services Directorate with the Washington Headquarters Service. Specifically, the Financial Analyst - Level II will provide financial and budget management and analytical support to the Facilities Operations Services Division (FOSD), including directorates and subordinate branches in support of the Facilities Services Directorate's overall objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide strategic resource management analysis.
- Provide budget/programming services to include planning, programming, budgeting, executing, and tracking data.
- Provide financial management support to include maintaining cognizance of the status of approved, deferred, and released funds and provide appropriate tracking documentation.
- Provide financial information for the preparation and execution of financial documents.
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate audit trail to separately track, record, and report the status of each funding document to ensure proper use of all funds (active, expired, and cancelled).
- Coordinate with branch, division and directorate leadership as required in performance of budget execution or justification.
- Provide draft information for data calls to higher organizations on an as needed basis.
- Provide decision support to management personnel to assist in the development of program and budget submissions.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience
- Equivalency 5 additional years' experience can be substitute for degree requirement.
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification can be substituted for years of experience.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently or under only general direction.
- Good written and oral communication skills are required.
