Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company at retail promotional events, brand expansion displays, and pop-up events throughout the Phoenix area. Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers, providing product information, and ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with customers at various events, offering product information, answering questions, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
Product Demonstrations:
- Showcase products by providing technical details, highlighting features, and explaining the benefits to potential customers.
Sales Support:
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving payment or delivery issues, and coordinating with other departments or vendors as necessary to ensure smooth transactions.
Transaction Management:
- Manage sales transactions from start to finish, including processing payments and documenting new customer information, such as contact details and purchase history.
Customer Concerns:
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, aiming to resolve issues on the spot or escalating them when necessary to provide the best service possible.
Event Support:
- Set up and break down promotional displays and sales booths at event locations, and actively participate in events to promote products and drive sales.
