Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, works well as part of a team and has the ability to effectively resolve customer issues. This role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting our customers with their inquiries and concerns. This position is fully onsite with no remote/hybrid work schedules. Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications
  • 2 years previous experience in a customer service role minimally.
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to remain calm and composed when dealing with our participants.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish not required, but highly favorable.
