Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience in a customer service role minimally.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional active listening skills.
- Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be able to remain calm and composed when dealing with our participants.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility.
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual, English/Spanish not required, but highly favorable.
