Nordica Warehouses is taking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative. We are a third-party warehouse that stores for a wide variety of clients. Most Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) get an assortment of customers as they get more familiar with our company so you get experience with a little bit of everything we have going on here. Since we’re third party, all of our customers have different products and details that are individual to them. As the CSR, you get to learn all of the specifics and build relationships with your customers. We’ve got multiple dock doors at all of our locations with product constantly flowing in and out so things can get pretty busy around here but we know when to lighten the mood. We do our best to motivate and encourage our employees. We’ve been a “mom and pop” company for many years and have recently increased in size. We had a core group of people that built Nordica to what it is now and most of that group is still with the company today. Ideally, we’re looking for the next core member to add to that group and became part of the “Nordica family”.

This CSR position is for Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4pm

located at: 5150 Foundation Ct, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Starting pay of $17.00 with benefits and PTO after 90 days.

Job Tasks:

- Respond to orders & questions from customers via phone & email in a timely manner

- Order processing per the customer's instructions

- Data Entry

- Direct contact with our customers and drivers

- Work directly with operators on the floor to ensure that orders are pulled in a timely manner

- Maintain customer's inventory

- Prioritize tasks based on the daily work flow and order of importance

- Dock scheduling

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess ample computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, email and be willing to learn other computer systems we have in place. We will train on the system you will use for inventory management.
