Perform tax returns for individuals, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizationsPerform technical tax review of tax returns of staff accountantsIndependently research tax issuesFollow tax compliance laws and discuss with clients as neededOversee a team of highly motivated staff / train staffProvide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clientsReview tax returns prepared by staffQualifications *
*CPA license requiredBachelors Degree in AccountingAt least five years of experience in Public AccountingCustomer-centric with excellent relationship and adaptability skillsDetailed, well-organized, with strong communication skillsExhibits a strong team-player attitude in helping co-workers succeedResults-oriented with a high level of integrity and dependabilityStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment while making decisions based on accurate and timely analysiMust have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client serviceHigh stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environmentAbility to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills The position requires related experience working in external relationship management Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal directionIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you see yourself transitioning into next, contact Julie Gross at 605-705-6836.
