Job Title: Business Analyst III - Process Management/Smart Connected Warehouse Analyst Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Industry Duration: 10 months Location: Milan, IL 61264 Shift: Hybrid - Onsite M-Th, WFH F Business Analyst III - Process Management Major Purpose Evaluates business processes, projects, initiatives, and strategies. Recommends improvements and manages new process implementations of high complexity. Leads the resolution of complex process issues and serves as a subject matter expert. Facilitates discussions across teams and provides leadership for assigned projects. Major Duties Interpret business needs and recommend solutions. Document "as is" and "to be" processes for required changes. Execute communication plans effectively. Engage stakeholders to address concerns and ensure needs are met. Evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, providing solutions. Support feasibility studies and document findings. Generate accurate reports from collected data. Manage work schedules and ensure continuous improvements. Skills, Abilities, Knowledge Data Analysis, Adaptive Mindset, and Negotiation. Proficiency in SAP, Gap Analysis, and Business Case Contribution. Planning, Prioritization, and Stakeholder Management. Project Risk, Communications, and Change Management. Education Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Work Experience 3-6 years of experience managing complex projects. 4-6 months of coordinating others' work. Your Responsibilities Support Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiatives by improving warehouse solutions. Develop tools to analyze SAP EWM data for consistency and accuracy. Create data/analytical tools based on engineering requirements for SAP EWM configurations. Provide production support and deploy new system capabilities. What Skills You Need 2+ years in Operations/Engineering roles. Strong communication and collaboration skills. What Makes You Stand Out SQL, Python, or Databricks experience. Proficiency in Github for code provisioning. Training experience and interpreting process maps (e.g., Visio). 2+ years in warehouse/operations or engineering support roles.
