Job Summary
We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Technician in Appleton, WI to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.
Where is the work:
This position has been designated as
onsite. This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures General administrative tasks as required Performs housekeeping as assigned. Assist in annual warehouse inventory Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Material handling experience preferred Key Competencies:
Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Excellent attendance and punctuality Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Proven team player Strong customer service skills Must be able to read and write English Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$20-$21 per hour
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
