Job Description
This role will bridge a gap between strategic market intelligence/sensing and the regional implementation of market strategy and campaigns.
The role of Agilent's Business Intelligence Team is to provide market and customer insights to characterize new markets, support the development and execution of marketing strategy, and use internal and external data sources to inform business decisions.

Regional Field Marketing Intelligence Analyst
to conduct market research and gathering market intelligence, trends, and competitive position as well as to curate, synthesize and translate this information into actionable insights to inform business decisions and further strengthen and support a customer-centric culture at Agilent.
To undertake this role, you will have proven market research and intelligence gathering experience, knowledge of the analytical tools industry as well as an understanding of the technologies and segmentation used across different end-markets (Pharma/Biopharm, Food, Environmental, Chemical, Energy, Materials & Forensics, Diagnostics).
Key job responsibilities include:
In Depth Market Sensing and Research Analyze industry, financial, competitor and investor reports Collect and analyze field sales, customer, and industry feedback and trends Leverage the global business intelligence team to create AFO specific business insights Deep dive into market, government/funding, competitor, and other reports, to collect actionable account, customer, or market information Regional Field Marketing Support
Support strategic marketing program development by providing actionable customer insight Monitor and provide input on access to regional government funding opportunities. Provide support to characterize strategic regional accounts / institutions Market Analysis, Updates, and Reporting
Regular analysis and reporting on key America's end markets, competitors, investment trends, and regulations Provide actionable insights to support AFO marketing and sales programs. Provide input to business intelligence teams for investor calls, executive reports, and global marketing reporting End-Market Customer Engagements
Help identify, recruit and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders. Qualitative and quantitative marketing research projects to assess, measure, analyze and report on unmet customer needs. Assist in translating customer information into actionable insights. End-Market Initiative Analysis

Analyse, mises jour et rapports sur le march
Effectuer des analyses et des rapports rguliers sur les principaux marchs finaux, concurrents, tendances en matire d'investissement et rglementations en Amrique. Fournir des constats exploitables pour soutenir les programmes de marketing et de vente d'AFO. Contribuer aux quipes de veille stratgique pour les appels aux investisseurs, les rapports l'intention des cadres et les rapports de marketing mondiaux. Engagement des clients du march final
Aider reprer, recruter et entretenir des relations avec les principaux leaders d'opinion. Mener des projets de recherche marketing qualitatifs et quantitatifs afin d'valuer, de mesurer et d'analyser les besoins non satisfaits des clients et d'en rendre compte. Aider traduire les renseignements sur les clients en constats exploitables. Analyse des initiatives des marchs finaux
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or technical field 5+ years of experience in conducting marketing research, analysis and reporting projects Strong understanding of Agilent's technology and its application to testing in the major markets of Applied (Food, Environmental, Energy, Chemical, Materials), Pharma, Biopharma, and Academic) Excellent research, analytical, data interpretation and reporting skills Strong analytical and critical thinking Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of analytical software, and strong proficiency with MS Office Strong knowledge of data collection and data mining methods Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to collaborate with external and internal customers and stakeholders across various management levels Exigences
