One of Insight Globals major healthcare clients is seeking Dentists to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in a variety of treatments and knowledgeable about growth and development, as they will provide a comprehensive range of dental services. Effective communication tailored to the patients age, primarily children, is essential. The Dentist will also oversee the quality of patient care through peer reviews, medical record quality, laboratory and x-ray usage, and pharmaceutical formulary and drug usage as needed. Additionally, they will supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and residents, and conduct performance evaluations. Mobile Clinic: A van that visits local schools to provide dental care for students. When schools are closed, the Mobile Clinic serves adult centers. Requirements: Valid unrestricted license to practice dentistry in PA Evidence of current professional liability insurance 3+ years in a clinical setting Current certification in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) Plusses: Current Conscious Sedation (Nitrous Oxide Sedation) - highly preferred Experience with the Dentrix system Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
