Cumberland Consulting is seeking a full-time Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. We are an expanding marketing company known for our innovative approach to connecting clients with essential services. With our recent addition of a new client, we’re expanding our operations and need a proactive individual to help us successfully expand with this new client on board.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $40-50k, with opportunities for additional bonuses. You’ll work Monday through Friday, gaining valuable experience in client relations and community outreach.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

  • Interacting with clients face to face
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working both independently and in teams with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
