The ideal candidate is a team player and strong communicator who enjoys lots of variety in a setting that is not overly structured; craft the practice you desire! PCI and peripheral vascular procedures needed, interest in pacemakers and vascular interpretations for carotids, arterial studies, and renal/mesenteric helpful, but not required.
