Data Scientist We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual to join our technology implementation team within the Exiger Government Services business. A big part of this role will involve gaining an understanding of the latest Big Data data visualization solutions and understanding where they will benefit Exiger and our clients. This role will be instrumental in working with the Implementation Team to guide the client on the optimum dashboard design for the client to achieve desired use of Exiger technology. Additionally, a consultative and creative approach to solving data-centric client delivery requirements and challenges are very important, as well as the ability to adapt to fluctuating requirements and priorities across a globally distributed client base. What You'll Do Technical implementation and growth of data solutions within 1Exiger and DDIQ-Analytics Understand and steer agile delivery methods in the definition, design, implementation, testing and release of dashboard solutions Required to work closely with Dashboard product team, Application Architects and various Application teams who are responsible for the dashboard platform with relevant interfaces to backend data. Create and support analytics tools to determine usage, statistics and other metrics in support of client use of Exiger systems Running of batch files for clients Data Wrangling Data Cleansing and Data Modelling Data Management and Data Quality Create, implement and maintain data visualizations What You Need A degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems Proficient ability in SQL-based databases and SQL-based queries Proven project management and superior communication skills Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic environment Proven ability to implement and use BI tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI and Sisense Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java Script, etc. is a plus. Strong command of the English language Strong organizational skills Ability to develop new systems Must be US citizen Must be available to travel to client sites and meetings This is a remote eligible position within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
