Recruiter: Eisen Hardy - 614/551/9192 - 'ehardyactalentservices.com' Description Supervise the skilled trades crews and manage onsite construction activities for a wide variety of large, industrial projects focused mostly in the Western Pennsylvania Region. Project types range from Water/Wastewater plant construction (primarily) to factories/production facilities, data centers across a wide variety of industries and clients. Lead and manage several Foreman on conducting work safely, productively, and focusing on quality. Set a Safety 24/7 culture for your crews. Assists the Project Manager in creating the Primavera P6 project schedule. Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews. Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews. Oversee costs associated with your work items. Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent technical experience progressing through the ranks as a Journeyman to a Foreman to a Superintendent. 6 years similar construction Field Management experience. Work Environment This position will work out of construction trailers, on-site, for water/wastewater construction projects within the Mid-Atlantic region.
