This position will work four (4) 10-hour days, with the shift being evening hours such as 7 PM - 5 AM or similar hours.The Campus Administrator is responsible for continuously monitoring the homes and grounds; watching for unusual occurrences and addressing emergencies and incidents immediately upon discovery. Documents nightly issues, concerns, and incidents for administrative review. Serves as the contact person for abuse/neglect allegations and as the first responding professional staff on the scene of a critical incident. Initiates Preliminary Unusual Incident Reports and other investigations. Evaluates incidents and makes recommendations for changes and/or improvement to the team and to administration. Completes special audits and trending projects to ensure ongoing service delivery and the health and safety of the people served. Works closely with administrative/supervisory staff to coordinate and monitor service delivery. Works under limited supervision with the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports directly to the Incident Manager. Within 6 months of hire, must complete Fundamentals of Investigations training course. This position may require non-traditional work hours such as overnights, 10-hour shifts, and/or 12-hour shifts.Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.
