The Project Manager for the Architecture Department will function as the project lead and will manage project schedules, budget, quality and coordination with all consultants. They will be a self-starter with proactive work habits who can work independently and as a team player both within the fast-paced Architecture department and throughout Clark Pacific as needed to deliver successful projects on time and within the assigned budget. Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information. Lead project teams in the coordination of conceptual design, delivery documents including red line markups, Requests for Information (RFIs), preparation for construction documents and coordination with other disciplines. Present project information internally, externally, and manage presentations to clients in meetings and on conference calls. Contribute to Clark Pacific by building strong relationships both internally and externally. Ensure timely and accurate design and delivery on project deliverables from entitlement throughout construction documents and into construction administration. Coordinate consultants and facilitate proposals. Manage architectural project budgets.• Facilitate initial conversations on consultant contracts. Other duties as assigned.
