Overview The EVP of Performance Media and Analytics will lead digital marketing strategies for both a fintech and an insurance client from our Chicago office. This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, data-driven analytics, and technology integration to drive impactful client acquisition and engagement goals. The EVP will be instrumental in building and enhancing team capabilities, establishing a strong leadership presence in Chicago, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. By encouraging team networking and professional growth, this role supports both individual and collective advancement, ensuring our team thrives within a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities Lead all performance marketing strategies for our fintech and insurance clients, with a focus on achieving registration KPIs and new customer acquisition. Analyze performance data deeply to identify key growth paths and opportunities for optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, programmatic while ensuring we have a pipeline of scalable innovation. Build team capabilities by providing mentorship and fostering an environment that values professional development, networking, and cross-functional collaboration. Analyze performance data to identify key growth opportunities and optimization paths across channels such as paid search, social media, and programmatic, while driving a pipeline of innovative solutions tailored to each client. Encourage local engagement with professional communities, industry networks, and cross-departmental teams to promote career development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate closely with the AdTech lead to integrate and optimize technology stacks for enhanced campaign performance and data utilization. (advanced experience with Adobe, Adobe Attribution AI, Kochava, AppsFlyer, mParticle, Epsilon- COREID). Drive initiatives to enhance our Chicago office’s team presence by supporting in-office engagement, team-building activities, and adherence to our return-to-office policy. Stay informed on industry trends in performance marketing, fintech and insurance industry standards, and digital analytics to maintain a competitive edge. Provide detailed, consistent reporting and insights for agency leadership and clients to showcase the impact and effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing and media, with a significant focus on performance marketing and analytics in an agency setting. Proven success in leading high-impact digital campaigns, preferably in fintech, insurance, or related industries, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets to drive strategy and decision-making. AdTech and MarTech integration and optimization experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
