Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and monitor AP/AR transactions, ensure timely payments and collections, and manage vendor and client relationships. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports for management and stakeholders. Month-End and Year-End Close Processes: Perform reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness for monthly and annual closing cycles. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating and managing budgets, performing variance analysis, and forecasting cash flow needs. Tax Preparation and Compliance: Prepare tax returns, coordinate with tax consultants, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Audit Support: Prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits, and support auditors by providing requested information.
