Overview & Responsibilities: The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing data and building financial models to identify key opportunities that drive strategic business initiatives. This role is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team and reports to the Sr. Manager, FP&A. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Forecasting: Building and updating models during reporting cycles, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans. Providing support for data consolidation across Pluto TV FP&A verticals. Cost Management: Creating and maintaining dashboards to monitor business performance against budget. Developing relationships with business partners to drive towards profitability targets. Financial Analysis: Creating and maintaining business models to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations based on findings. Providing financial overviews to senior management. Reporting: Preparing and delivering time-sensitive reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating across teams to provide reporting and provide meaningful insights. Financial Operations: Evaluating existing processes and recommending improvements. Building new processes where necessary to support operations of Pluto TV FP&A team Ad Hoc Analysis: Sourcing, consolidating, and organizing financial data to create clear and actionable analysis for internal review and rapid decision-making Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree 2 years of work experience in a finance, accounting, or similar quantitative role; media, entertainment, and/or technology experience a plus Advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace suite skills, particularly Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Slides Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills A willingness and quick ability to learn new software Excellent communication and presentation skills - be able to handle and synthesize large datasets to deliver critical insights in an easy-to-digest format for management and external partners Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Join the Paramount Streaming Talent Community (https://bit.ly/465LX1p) Get the inside scoop on life at Paramount Streaming and about career opportunities. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
