Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor provides strategic maintenance and engineering support to the Manufacturing organization by leading reliability activities and driving maintenance excellence principles. The individual will be responsible for leading maintenance strategies, overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans that drive increased reliability. The position leads the development and support of processes to maintain compliance and the maintenance principles and practices. The incumbent often teams with and assists operations, maintenance management, and craftsmen to provide a system for improving maintenance reliability. Responsibilities Lead activities that drive optimal processes and operational protocols necessary to ensure compliance with site EHS Initiatives, including safe work permitting and pre-task planning activities for employees and contractors. Facilitating the maintenance planning and scheduling strategy, focusing on quality of work and timeline of execution of both internal employees and external contractors. Guide the Preventative Maintenance (PM) team in both planning and executive of the PM program, including vibration, lubrication analysis and thermography to drive reliability initiatives. Work cross-functionally with engineers, operators and maintenance technicians to improve Operational Uptime of Equipment & Reliability initiatives. Build foundation for OEE assessment capabilities for the facility. Identify critical spare parts within the facility and define an internal strategy to ensure critical spare parts are inventoried and accounted for in a timely manner. Ensure that Momentive Technologies Contractor Management Procedures and Policies are appropriately followed. Assist the Continuous Improvement and engineering team in infrastructure, replacement or rebuild Capital Projects and Capital Expansion Projects for the facility. Evaluate the manufacturing capabilities when New Product Introductions are brought to full-scale production, to include identification of growth plans and manufacturing constraints. Assist the continuous improvement team with drafting recommendations for reliability and equipment initiatives within the facility. Own the SAP One S, CMMS System, at the facility. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment Prior experience in a leadership role Strong analytical/problem solving skills in a team environment, ability to drive problems to root cause and corrective actions. Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills using multiple forms such as email, text, phone and face-to-face Build and maintain strong partnerships with production personnel and Maintenance Staff Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman Certification in Electrical or Mechanical or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field CMMS e
