In this critical role, you will spearhead operational due diligence across various investment vehicles including private equity, private credit, real estate, and public equities. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in the alternatives space, specifically with private equity and hedge funds. As a key player in our organization, you will manage knowledge and best practices, leveraging technology and systems to enhance data synthesis and operational efficiencies. You will be essential in identifying operational risks associated with various investment strategies and will evaluate the robustness of fund systems, controls, infrastructure, and personnel. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as finance, economics, forensic journalism, business, law, or accounting. A strong grasp of financial institution operations, investment strategies, and instruments is crucial. Additionally, an understanding of operational infrastructure, internal control design, investment portfolio valuation, trading operations, and regulatory compliance is expected. This role also demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, advanced PC proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and SharePoint.
