The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. Role Summary : Develop and integrate all application requirements into Architecture design, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational needs. Develop flexible, scalable, and robust architecture for Salesforce to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on Salesforce platforms Provide technical expertise in terms of application development, mentoring junior developers, making smart technology decisions, etc. Develop creative architecture and coding solutions to help the business. Designs and develops reusable code using the Salesforce platform. Provides guidance and best practices around Salesforce solutions (products and 3rd party managed Salesforce AppExchange products). Deliver projects that adhere to continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing pipelines. Identifies and documents data and application integration requirements. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Actively Participates in exploring new opportunities with new salesforce offerings by conducting business oriented POC’s. Experience in leading business requirement and analysis sessions, should also have good experience in working with business partners. Experience in owning a system built on salesforce.com platform and performing all the duties pertaining to the system. Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 Salesforce Business Analyst & Administration BA / Agile certifications (SAFE / AgilePM) Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Salesforce.com development including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process flows. Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services. Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Could, Financial Cloud, Experience cloud. Expert in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development. (Salesforce Web Services; Salesforce security model) Experience with an agile delivery approach and best practices in software development. Demonstrated strong analytical skills and technical expertise. Experience with Lightning UI conversions both AURA and LWC. Demonstrated ability utilizing out of the box Salesforce capabilities instead of programmatic changes when applicable. Experience in integrating Salesforce.com with relational databases, 3rd party platforms, and Salesforce.com partner applications. Experience leading development efforts and participation in systems implementation as member of a cross functional team. Experience with unit testing, automated testing and deployment automation practices and tools. Experience in Continuous Integration and delivery process (CI/CD) using tools like Flosum and Copado. Strong object-oriented development skills. Seen as subject matter expert on the team for salesforce. Seen as the person for the system assigned to and able to represent the system on multiple forums. Other Qualifications: As per MUFG’s location/return to office policies, must work onsite 4 days and 1 day remotely out of our 210 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ office. The typical base pay range for this role is between $130K - $157K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
