We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation aircraft. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Sr. Manager, International Certification The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager, International Certification is to lead a team of Engineering professionals to work with Program/Project teams, FAA, and foreign authorities to support foreign validation of Bell's FAA type certificated aircraft. What you'll be doing as a Sr. Manager, International Certification Build and lead a small team of International Validation/Certification Project Specialists to work effectively with programs and foreign authorities to type validate commercial productsProvide guidance and direction to Commercial Programs on commercial product validation by developing certification strategies and technical positionLead execution of international validation/certification projects in support of the Commercial Programs team through development of strong relationship with domestic and foreign authoritiesAs a member of the Product Safety & Certification leadership team, contribute to building and strengthening core and bench strengthSupport of identification of future talent to support the EFUM pipelineProvide support of FAA and Internal AuditsPotential opportunity to become an ODA administrator Qualifications \ Skills You Bring To this Role: Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Master's degree in engineering a plus At least 5 years' experience managing FAA or FAA-delegated organization projects At least 10 years cumulative certification and flight test or product engineering leadership experience Knowledge of FAA, EASA, TCCA, ANAC, UKCAA, and other foreign CAA regulations and compliance strongly preferred International aerospace experience working with regulatory agencies and/or industry advocacy groups strongly preferred ODA Unit Member/FAA Designated Engineering Representative experience preferred What we offer you in return: You'll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)120 hours Vacation time12-13 paid holidays per year6 weeks parental leaveTuition reimbursementCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insuranceOn-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselorAccess to more than 11 Employee Resource GroupsAnd so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
