Job Title Knowledge Management/Sharepoint Administrator Location Annapolis Junction - , MD US (Primary) Job Description Provide Knowledge Management (KM)/SharePoint administrator support as part of daily operation and maintenance of classified and unclassified SharePoint sites, financial systems and databases. Provide database engineering and web design expertise that will systematically create, share, and apply knowledge to better achieve objectives. Provide advice and recommend solutions on implementing knowledge sharing across the organization. Candidates need to be familiar with financial database systems oriented towards the DoD acquisition process comprised primarily of Microsoft SQL Server software. Specific duties include: Provide SharePoint and other database management for both classified and unclassified information systems Provide organization and management of SharePoint to provide effective dataflow and usability Understand user needs and expectations for AIS function Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint errors as required Create/implement KM processes to enable capturing key and essential knowledge from organizational personnel Provide general system KM support to improve contract/financial management under a DoD acquisition framework Provide recommendations on financial management system improvements or transitions Provide training and support to AIS personnel on financial management system configuration, troubleshooting, operational procedures and maintenance Provide general financial management system security support Understand user needs and expectations for financial management functions Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs Provide testing & evaluation support for financial database Develop software engineering capabilities (solutions, enhancements, and improvements) to be integrated within projects and programs Provide subject matter expertise and assistance, through research and continued familiarity, with software engineering, KM, and AIS advances Provide support to the webmaster in the development of classified and unclassified web portals Provide enhanced computer-based tools and databases for program management Provide training and user documentation on the use of organizational databases, web portals, tools and resources Create customized reports to facilitate effective management of resources Advise and develop tools to generate routinely used forms and automate business processes Prove recommendations for hardware and software refresh of database, knowledge management, and financial management systems Requirements Minimum of five (5) years applied work experience in web design, knowledge management, Microsoft SharePoint or database management; prefer an Intelligence-related and DoD Acquisition lifecycle environment Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or three (3) years of additional applied work experience A general knowledge and understanding of the following Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or newer Certifications required: SQL, SharePoint, C++, HTML, Java, Python DODD 8140.01 Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) TS/SCI Clearance Education Bachelor's Degree Clearance Top Secret/SCI M/F/Disabled/Vet
