Job Title: DB2 DBA - LUW Location: Waukegan, IL - 5 Days Onsite Duration: / Term: 6 months Job Description: Experience Desired: 10 Years. • 10 Years of experience in DB2 DBA with Replication • Expertise in Database Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring Db2 LUW ( (Linux/Unix/Windows platform) database software on servers. • Proficiency in performance tuning, backup and recovery, security management and troubleshooting • Experience in database design, patch and version management. • Knowledge in capacity Planning, documentation, collaboration, automation monitoring, compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure. • Provides status report updates to managers "Strong in HADR concepts" - High Availability Disaster Recovery Key Skills: Db2 LUW ( (Linux/Unix/Windows platform), HADR, performance tuning, backup and recovery
