Title: Business Systems Analyst Location : Philadelphia, PA / Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Type : Contract Rate : $Open / hour Requirements Job Responsibilities: · Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data migration · Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process · Providing support and maintenance of data governance processes · Responsible for communicating progress and updates · Take initiative and work with key stakeholders while continuously improving new Knowledge Management system · Provide training and support to business users on how to use master data effectively · Work with other IT/IS team members to integrate data with other systems and applications and understand the impacts · Ensures cross-functional access to systems · Work with Knowledge Management team as they conduct audits of documentation and data, ensure migrated data/docs are accurate and correct Job Requirements: · Strong understanding of data structures and processes · Experience working with offshore teams · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills · Experience supporting SharePoint Online Sites · Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite · Project management, customer service, and organization skills · Familiarity with migrating SharePoint Online Sites · Familiarity with gathering business requirements from stakeholders · Experience facilitating requirements gathering, taking initiative with business teams and end users to identify needs of the project Benefits Note: If interested please send your updated resume to elan.tamiltwo95intl.com and include your salary requirement along with your contact details with a suitable time when we can reach you.
