We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us a Solutions Analyst. The Solutions Analyst is instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation process, work with other team members to ensure the project goals are met, understand client's need to define and design solutions, system configuration, provide best practices, process improvement, and training clients on GTreasury (Treasury Management System). What You'll Do: Participate in discovery sessions with clients on understanding their business requirement in both business and technical aspect. Participate in design of solution of system with Senior Solutions Consultant and understand the design In charge of building out the solution as laid out in Statement of Work Ensure deliverables meet requirements and maintains a high level of quality Efficiently and competently manage roadblocks and resolve with appropriate channels in timely manner Present work to client at milestones throughout implementation Train client on use of delivered work and provide training documentation Support & trouble-shoot delivered work throughout implementation Ensure client expectations are met/ exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered Assume responsibility of light project management for small-medium size projects Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels Who We're Looking For: 3 years of experience working in financial, corporate treasury, banking or accounting Minimum 0 - 4 years of professional business experience Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions a plus Good team player with the ability to act on own initiative Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client-based environments Highly organized and ability to handle multiple responsibilities Excellent problem-solving skills & service-oriented attitude Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Willing and able to travel both in the US and overseas Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels. Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience. Our benefits include: Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $60,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
