Job Description One of Insight Global's healthcare clients are looking for a Staff Internal Auditor to join their team. The Staff Internal Auditor will report to the Director of Internal Audit and is responsible for executing audits of operational, financial, and clinical functions from start to completion. Responsibilities: Perform Audit Procedures (identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, creating process narrative and documents control design, implementation and operation) Prepare working papers, conduct interviews, review documents, and compose summary memos Follow up on audit finding to ensure corrective action is implemented Identify and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment Communicate the results of projects via written reports and oral presentations to management/timely reporting of obstacles and provides regular progress reports of overall audit to management The ideal candidate is comfortable working 5 days/week onsite in Camden NJ for the first 90 days, and will then be a hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or Business Administration) 1 years of internal audit experience (preferably within healthcare) Familiarity with computer-assisted audit software (Visio, Power BI, Tableau) Perform undeveloped financial and operational audits General audit methodology Develop key internal audit deliverables (including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries) Ability to handle concurrent audits with varying details and deadlines Certified, or pursuing certification (CIA, CHIAP, CFE, CISA, CPA) - Diligent (formerly ACL) experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
