Senior React Developer

Job Summary The Senior React Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading the creation of responsive and efficient front-end applications within the Event and Inventory Management (EIM) project team. The role focuses on the full development lifecycle of user interface components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior developers, refine best practices, and advance the UI/UX strategy for event and inventory applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop responsive, efficient, and scalable front-end applications for the EIM systems. • Build and maintain user interface components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack. • Ensure code quality by adhering to best practices and design principles. • Lead the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment. • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team productivity and skills. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. • Drive the adoption of modern front-end technologies and practices within the team. Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Senior React Developer with expertise in React.js and Redux. • Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript ES6 features. • Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack and Babel. • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices. • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on mentoring junior developers. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with modern testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications. • Background in event and inventory management systems. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration with front-end applications.
