Slalom Workday Consultants work in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Workday investment. Workday consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients from strategic planning to implementation and sustainment. You will also support Workday customers at every stage of the lifecycle including early strategy and selection, implementation, and ensuring continued success after go-live. Our Workday Advisory capability partners with our clients to deliver Workday strategy and readiness, implementation support, and optimization and road mapping. What You'll Do • Participate in Workday integration technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with client business objectives • Develop, test, and document Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials and other domains • Collaborate with Workday functional team members to translate business requirements into integrated solutions across the Workday platform • Educate clients on general Workday concepts including Business Process design, security, authentication and reporting • Use common integration patterns and techniques to develop solutions that automate the flow of data to many downstream applications • You will contribute to the development and expansion of new capabilities within the Workday Global practice and across Slalom • 30-40% travel What You'll Bring • Experience developing application integration solutions using Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, RaaS reports and the Workday Public API with limited oversight • High level of proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON and Workday calculated fields is required • Certification in Workday Integrations Core, Workday Studio and Workday Financials is required • Desired certification and experience in one or more of the following: Workday Prism, Extend, CCTPP, Orchestration, Adaptive Insights Integrations, Workday reporting, BIRT • Interest and general awareness of iPaaS technologies including MuleSoft, Boomi, and Informatica. Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. For this position at the Principal level the base salary pay range is $122,000 to $225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
