Install, maintain, and support PC hardware, HP Printers, & PC accessories which include Lenovo laptops and desktops, Dell laptops and desktops, Skype accessories, PC peripherals which include monitors, keyboards, mice, and various USB peripherals. Experience Required for Your Success Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & Apple MacOS (Apple\Mac & Microsoft certifications are recommended) Strong working knowledge of the TCP/IP IPv4 and IPv6 protocols Deep working knowledge of Cisco Network Adaptive Security Appliances, basic router configurations and troubleshooting along with advanced Microsoft Direct Access, RSA, and Cisco AnyConnect VPN troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of HP OfficeJet printers, HP LaserJet Multifunction Printers (MFP's), and Nuance SafeCom Secure Print Management or equivalent technology What Do You Think?
