The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and driving local transformation initiatives to ensure operational excellence and long-term efficiency within the KYC department. This role involves overseeing the process and technology roadmap, providing guidance on data and analytics, and being a key point of contact for global digitization initiatives. The KYC Operational Management and Change Lead will also be involved in budget management, and daily operations coordination, and will play a crucial role in nurturing team members and preparing for senior leadership meetings. Applicants for the KYC Operational Management and Change Lead position at the company should have a BA/BS in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience, preferably in corporate and investment banking or consultancy. The role requires a proven track record in leading transformation projects, change management, and process re-engineering, as well as strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of AML and KYC regulations is a plus.
