ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Must be available all gamedays. Be a part of our gameday staff and operate our mobile and stationary cameras. Coordinate with promo lead for live shots. Coordinate with technical director for broadcast shots. All other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry with a focus on Facility Operations. Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions. The ability to work independently and in a team setting. Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events. Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports. Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented. Possess experience in general maintenance with a basic knowledge of basic tools. Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude. The ability to have fun while performing any task. Be a leader in customer service.
