(Pega has a lot of plug-in's that you can buy (ex- smart OCR) they are doing a proof of concept for a year w/ Pega and they will need developers that know how to work within this environment) Ability to put installs into production Maintain apps into production Modify & enhance workflow applications- including: third party plug-in's. Independent worker, great communication, ability to manager their own schedule.
