Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities related to insurance claims and policies. This role requires strong investigative skills, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze complex data. Key Responsibilities: Case Review and Management: Identify real-time threats through alerts or reports. Using data analytics tools, identify patterns, trends and inconsistencies that could indicate fraudulent activity. Manage and lead incident process and handling of suspicious activity case reviews, which may include reviewing and investigating internal and external records, contacting customers, financial professionals, etc., to verify flagged transactions, and determining the action/resolution required. Thoroughly document case chronology and findings, which may be incorporated into reports detailing trends and program enhancements to management. Escalate complex fraud cases to sr. analysts or management. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend actions based on investigation results. Stay current with industry trends, fraud detection technologies, and regulatory changes. Ensure that all investigations and actions comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud analysis, within the insurance industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices. Details: Pay: $30 - $35/hr. based on related experience. Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm (PST) | 45-minute lunch - 37.5 hours per week 100% remote | equipment provided.
