To protect your workforce, we are at your fingertips: internationalsos.com Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating the operational functions related to data management for our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and its associated products. This role requires a deep understanding of Federal EAPs, behavioral health settings, and extensive experience in data systems development, operations, and customer management. Database Management and Development: Establish and maintain EAP databases, tracking processes, and outcome data for quality improvement and customer accountability. Work with EAP vendors to develop data collection systems and instruments that meet program needs. Ensure all electronic EAP data files and documents are stored, organized, and managed in compliance with FOH/HHS policies. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze program variables within EAP databases and vendor reports to identify trends and compliance with program requirements. Independently conduct analysis of EAP functions to determine activity trends and suggest necessary improvements. Create ad hoc reports and guidelines for internal and external use, providing insights into EAP effectiveness. Provide expert technical guidance to EAP staff regarding data management, reporting, and system improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration and Advisory: Advise all levels of management on EAP processes, procedures, and opportunities for improvement. Educate EAP points of contact on how to interpret and utilize quarterly EAP reports. Respond to inquiries from EAP customers and website users, providing clear and actionable information. Work closely with customer points of contact to promote EAP services and ensure the seamless onboarding of new customers. Program and Project Support: Lead and participate in Quality Improvement Taskforces focused on data systems, business processes, and reporting. Support the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program by compiling, maintaining, and preparing reports for the ADR director and external customers. Serve as a liaison for EAP website operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with FOH's Administrative Resource Management (ARM) division. Technical Expertise: Query databases and analyze information from FOH's in-house data systems to support program goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program analysis, organizational principles, and data analysis methods. Provide professional input and support for ongoing and new OST projects related to data management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Federal EAPs or similar behavioral health settings, with a focus on operations, data systems development, and customer/account management. Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of FOH's mission, structure, operations, services, goals, policies, and procedures. Deep understanding of EAP/mental health principles, theories, and professional practice guidelines. Proficiency in data analysis, EAP database systems, query language, and software systems. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Additional Requirements: Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with professional and support personnel. Proven ability to manage and interpret complex data systems and provide actionable insights. Experience in dealing with FOH activities that cut across geographic and organizational lines, ensuring quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Compensation - Min: $60,000/ Max: $80,000 This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project. Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
