Clinical Supervisor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes. This role requires collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure quality care and achieve measurable goals.

Job Type

Full Time- within the following time frames:

  • Business Hours are approximately Monday through Friday 8:00 am-6:30 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am-2:00 pm
  • Social Skill Groups, Staff Trainings, Staff Meetings on occasion Monday-Friday: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required


Work Setting

  • In-person in a clinic located in La Crescenta, CA. Work may also be in the client's home or school located within reasonable proximity of the Company's clinic.

Compensation:

$73,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA)
  • Review and analyze data during each supervision period
  • Update graphs and goals on a monthly basis at the least
  • Input all assigned client hours within the required time frame with 100% accuracy
  • Help with launching an electronic data collection system
  • Write assessment and progress reports and submit them in a timely manner
  • Provide parent education and training weekly
  • Collaborate with team members and conduct team meetings on an as-needed basis
  • Prepare, organize, and conduct meetings with relevant stakeholders pertaining to the consumer program
  • Monitor, record, analyze, and report activities, trends, results, and recommendations relating to client treatment
  • Design, generate, and upkeep the program book and necessary materials for the consumer to meet their goals
  • Modify treatment plans and behavior intervention plans on a regular basis
  • Train new staff on cases and make sure all programs are implemented with high treatment integrity
  • Record and submit work information on designated databases and forms by the deadline
  • Organize own schedule so as to fulfill essential and required duties while maintaining cost-efficiency
  • Open the clinic and close the clinic, as needed
  • Maintain punctual attendance to meetings and contribute to the agency and relevant matters as required
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree (Required)
  • BCBA certificate in good standing (Required)
  • Valid CA Driver's License in good standing (Required)
  • US work authorization (required)
  • Armenian Language Fluency oral and/or written (Preferred)
  • Previous experience with verbal behavior programs, VB-MAPP, and AFLS (Required)
  • Extensive implementation experience in behavior treatment planning using applied behavior analysis evidence-based treatments (Required)
  • Excellent written communication (Required)
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing strong time management skills (Required)
  • More than 1 year experience supervising patients receiving ABA services (Required)
  • Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid CA driver's license (Required)
  • Proof of immunization records and TB required (Required)
  • Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings, and provide/obtain immunizations (Required)
  • Eager, energetic, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of the team, professional, hard-working, and passionate demeanor (Required)
  • Willing to provide in-person services across various settings, such as center, client home, community, and school (Required)


?Physical Requirements

  • Various activities may require playing on the floor or in settings where the furniture is child-size, which would require stooping, squatting, and sitting for prolonged periods of time (Required)
  • Careful attention to the safety of the client and surroundings is required (Required)
  • Sudden and quick movements may be required (Required)
  • Walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds (Required)
  • Sustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutes (Required)
