We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager for our non-profit client. This role will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accurate accounts payable operations, and providing support during audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with experience using Sage Intacct and Bill.com. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring all financial information is accurate and timely. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee the accounts' payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary audit support to ensure a smooth audit process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations and improve process efficiencies. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting principles. Assist with the implementation and optimization of accounting software, including Sage Intacct and Bill.com. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Bill.com is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. IND123
