Our clients, a $6M government contractor in Tysons, VA is seeking an Accounting Manager (Accounting Team Lead). This is a full-time role with three days in their Tysons, VA office. Compensation is in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, based on experience. Title: Accounting Manager (Accounting Team Lead) Compensation: $100,000 to $105,000 based on experience Location: Tysons, VA Days in Office: Hybrid, 1-2 days in office Company Information $6M and growing Government Contractor 97 employees and growing 3 person Accounting/Finance Department Unanet shop Hybrid 1-2 days a week in Tysons Accounting Team Lead Must have GovCon experience. Unanet is highly preferred but open to people with CostPoint too Need somebody who has supervised or overseen Staff or Junior Accountants Accounting Degree required Masters and/or CPA preferred or wanting to work towards either Looking for someone that can grow with the team for the next year or two Responsibilities Prepare month end and year end close and account reconciliations. Prepare month end and quarterly reporting including AR, AP, and Cash Flow Forecast. Maintain prepaid, accruals, and fixed asset ledgers and the corporate operational expense tracker.
