Support STRIC in retrieving and organizing the necessary data for reporting. 2. Takes a proactive role in analyzing and creating reporting needs for STRIC to include reports and dashboards. 3. Compiles and analyzes statistical information that enables STRIC to make informed strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Outlines findings, recommendations, and results. 4. Identifies criteria and effective measurement tools. Produces technical solution designs to meet business requirements and maximize employee efficiency, training, and improve customer satisfaction. 5. Continually assess the key performance indicators (KPI's), and make recommendations for business and/or process improvement. 6. Participates in scope analysis, monitoring/controlling changes, and forecasting projects as assigned by manager/director. 7. Engages with business leadership and key stakeholders to deeply understand the business needs related to reporting and develops tools to support the needs. 8. May participate in functional/user testing (User Acceptance Testing) and provides support for user sign off changes. Additional Job Functions: 1.
