Responsibilities: Follow all pertinent DocGo Mobile Health policy and procedures Functions as a Clinical Field Operations on-line supervisor, monitoring clinical operations to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-effective service. Works as part of a supervisory team with operations management staff to ensure continuity, consistency and strong lines of communication. Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures. Regularly oversees site inventory, stocking/and cleanliness cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements in regard to maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness. Perform supervisory duties including, hiring recommendations, corrective action, performance appraisals, counseling, work scheduling, training and budgeting in compliance with federal, state, city, EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines. Conduct new hire orientation, shadow shift evaluations, clinical competency clearance. Identify employees with opportunities for improvement professional/personal problems and follow up as needed. Assist in all areas of Risk Management (incidents, accidents, health and safety, etc.) Determines the need for and ensures that Incident Reports, Accident Reports and other documentation is completed as required. Review all incident reports and follow-up immediately with any necessary action. Partners with Operational management related to order supplies, fleet, training, etc. Ensure proper communication of all company policies within clinical field operations to all staff members timely and effectively. Implement all directives issued by the CEO. Attend all available continuing education seminars to improve supervisory and management skills and recommend attendance of scheduled sessions to pertinent staff members as well. Maintain company compliance with OSHA regulations and SB 19 Troubleshoot problems in clinical field activities and implement possible solutions. Report any and all problems, information, and/or suggestions regarding the overall operation of the company to the Division Manager. Perform all other related duties as assigned Clinical Responsibilities: Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partners patient population Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) CA Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record Active and current BLS or ACLS certification Supervisor experience required, people management Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital - Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred Clinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred) EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
